Family Register - Registering Births

Necessary documentation:
- Birth Certificate (with the signature/seal of the doctor or midwife)
- Birth Registration Form
- Maternal and Child Health Handbook and National Health Insurance Card (if you have one)
* The Birth Certificate and the Birth Registration Form are printed together on one sheet of paper.They are available at the Central Customer Service Center.

Registration Period:
Register within 14 days of the birth
* When the nationalities of the parents are different, notify the respective countries of both the mother and the father of the child.
